Monday Tacos, which I made this past weekend and froze
Tuesday Shrimp, twice-baked potatoes, and broccoli
Wednesday Pumpkin pancakes and turkey sausage
Thursday Haircut night – we will pick something up on the way home.
Friday Tuna salad, lettuce salad, and hard-boiled eggs
Many of the meals have ingredients that I already have on hand… like tuna, taco shells, pumpkin, and frozen shrimp.
