Monday – Roast chicken, gravy, mashed potatoes and broccoli. This was actually Sunday night’s dinner but we lost power for a few hours Sunday afternoon! So, I roasted the chicken Sunday night while our electricity was still cheap and will make the rest of the meal Monday.
Tuesday – Black bean soup and corn bread
Wednesday – Going out for dinner
Thursday – Pumpkin pancakes and turkey sausage…feels like fall!
Friday – Pizza and salad
